1.      The bed is one-piece ceiling-floor structure; The bed guide rails,wider than before, are treated with high-frequency quenching and precision milling to enhance its rigidity and thus assure its accuracy and service life. The moving surface of the guide rails is affixed with SD composite soft band and scraped to enhance is accuracy in orientation and durability.
2.      For the head stock, the gears are quenched at high frequency and milled, and with the built-in main motor, it is compact and use small space, delivering high efficiency in transmission. The main spindle is provided with two levels of variable frequency governing within the stock, easier to be operated. The larger range of governing not only allows processing working pieces with large torque but also enable cutting efficiently.
3.      For the cooling and lubrication within the stock in the front of the bed, the forced external circulation system is provided to lubricate and keep clean inside while ensuring effective temperature drop.
4.      The ball screw is driven directly by the motor and designed with a pre-stress tension mechanism, resulting in high accuracy in transmission.

The reason why using the original mechanical transmission is to make sure that the main motor can also play on the maximum torque when the equipment runs at a low speed . If we just do the frequency conversion, it will get the lathe stuck and damage the work piece.
       In order to make sure the accuracy, the equipment will firstly tested by the laser interferometer imported from Britain to test repeated positioning accuracy of X, Z direction. Then the whole machine will be tested according to the National standard. As long as it passed all the tests, the equipment can be accessed to the market
