Certificates given to 71 trainees trained under RKVY

Under the 'Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana' by East Central Railway, by providing industry-based training to the youth and making them skilled and capable for employment, youth were given training in the form of 11th batch from 08.08.2022 to 01.09.2022 the Signal and Telecom Training Center of ECR / Danapur, Supervisor Training Center and Mechanical Factory / Samastipur, Carriage Repair Factory / Harnaut and Electric Traction Training Center / Pt. Deendayal Upadhyaya. After the training, a total of 73 trainees were awarded certificates. Under this scheme, a total of 824 youth have been given certificates after training from various training centers of ECR.

After training in the fitter trade to the 11th batch at Supervisor Training Center, Samastipur and Mechanical Factory Samastipur, 19 qualified and qualified youth were given certificates. During this, he was given training in different types of measurement, cutting, filing, drilling, bangle cutting etc.

In this sequence, after training in the form of 11th batch in Carriage Repair Factory, Harnaut, nine qualified youths and one girl were given certificates in the welder trade and 11 youths in the machine trade. Arc Welding, Stability, Formation of Welding Welds, Butt Joints, Tee Joints, Gas Cutting, Filing and Grinding etc in wielder Trade and Lathe Work, Threading, Drilling, Facing, Turning, Chamfering and Machining Measurement Work in Machine Trade.

After training in the 11th batch at the Electric Traction Training Center of Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Mandal, 16 qualified and qualified youth were given certificates. During the training, they were given training about electrical iron, electric heater, stair case wiring, ceiling fan, making and connection of electrical board, various equipment.

Certificates were awarded to 15 youth of 9th batch at Signal and Telecommunication Training Centre, Danapur. During this, he was given training in the work of diode, transistor, IC, power supply, soldering, use and repair of multimeter transformers etc.

The trainees expressed great satisfaction on the completion of the training. They have found this training to be very useful in building up knowledge and boosting self-confidence. The basic objective of this initiative is to provide training skills to the youth to bring about qualitative improvement in various trades. This skill will improve and upgrade the employability of the youth. This scheme will improve the employability of the youth and upgrade the skills of the self-employed youth. Trainees for Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana program are selected through open advertisement and transparent short-listing mechanism.
